Information you share

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company name, project interests and message. LPS Group uses these details to review and respond to your enquiry.

Sending and protecting your enquiry

Messages are sent to our team using Azure Communication Services Email. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies contact submissions to help prevent automated abuse. These services process information needed to provide email delivery and bot protection.

The backend uses a keyed hash of your IP address and email address for rate limiting. These records expire within 24 hours; duplicate-message hashes expire after 10 minutes. Message contents are sent by email and are not stored in the rate-limit database.

Retention and your questions

Enquiry emails are retained by the receiving business mailbox according to its configured retention policy. Contact our team through the contact page with questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion.
